As court watchers and child advocates in the Family Law and Dependency Courts for over 20 years we have witnessed outrageous abuses of children and families at the hands of social workers and their superiors as they unjustifiably seize children from loving, non offending families and create false reports containing NO real evidence of harm to children, to Superior Court Judges. Judges rubber-stamp those reports to the devastation of children's lives as they are ripped from their loved ones into the hands of strangers, foster care providers and forced adoption.We are thankful for Mr. Larsen's book Guardianship: How Judges and Lawyers Steal Your Money. The vicious, unethical tactics used to seize the elderly from their homes and safe, loving families in the Probate Courts, parallels the seizures of children by the Family Law and Dependency Courts. Our judiciary is out of control and act as hiring agents for professionals known as Guardian Ad Litems... (GALs). GALs attached themselves to family and probate cases and drain the financial and emotional life out of the elderly and family members who never harmed anyone. Victims fight for their return of their children imprisoned with foster care providers contracted with the state or their parents imprisoned under forced Guardianships. Friends and non offending family members who seek to protect their loved ones, are demonized and pathologized by GALs in their false reporting to judges. Countless numbers of American children and elderly are abused by this process. Both children and the elderly are over drugged and die in the hands of court appointed Guardians. If these people did the right thing and stopped pocketing the hard earned American tax dollars and the elderly’s life savings and property, the system that supports GALs would come to screeching halt!
The best part of this book for our family was the variety of articles from so many sources all saying similar things about guardianship problems across the United States. This helped us realize without a doubt that what happened to us was professional guardianship fraud. Our attorneys betrayed us; now we understand why. Our attorneys would have been sanctioned or possibly lost their license to practice had they gone to the prosecutor as we begged over and over. The book illustrates how quickly and easily this crime can happen, and that there is almost no recourse. There is enough money in this syndicated crime to pay off Law Enforcement, Adult Protective Services, Politicians, Physicians and other Professionals, and certainly enough to pay-off or threaten the main media. I have shared this book with countless others who all have the same reaction - everything finally made sense! We were all intimidated, threatened, and told countless lies by the court, lawyers and guardians. They also stole his vote - he was left with that one civil right because they use all of the wards' votes to get candidates they want. And in the end they killed him. Buy this book and share with everyone you know before it's too late. Until you read it, it doesn't seem possible that something this horrific can happen, and it happens every day. In response to the negative response, it maybe one sided, but how many lawyers or judges are going to admit that they do this in WA State and this happens in their state but nothing is done about it? In WA State -- nothing. Seniors are isolated and we -- the public are told victims have to wait until 2017 to get help from our legislature. This is a national problem and it needs to be exposed. It's a good book to use as a reference. I hear the stories all the time -- and have been told by someone working for the state that the stories are innuendoes. How would you like to have a judge/commissioner threaten you for contempt of court when all you are trying to help someone who is being isolated from friends? How would you like it if you were the daughter of Casey Kasem -- whose 3rd wife brought him up here to hide him from his kids? Now they don't even know where he is buried -- maybe in Norway? And our legislators killed a bill that would have made communication between the guardian and family much better? How would you like it if APS says you are financially exploiting an elderly person but the guardian's care givers are charging more -- and neither APS nor the Courts care about the truth? How would you like it if professional guardians don't have to obey state law when it comes to protecting the elderly?
