Nice compendium of mandolin scales in different positions up and down the neck. Great reference for people looking to expand their mandolin improvising skills or to find new possibilities for writing songs featuring the mandolin.
This book is invaluable for learning mandolin players. Can also be used, as I do, for learning scale shapes for tenor guitar and as a layman fiddler with poor music notation reading skills.
I have all ready used this book to play Blues scales. It provides more then enough information on many scale patterns in all keys.
