Rental arrived as described in very good condition. No access codes though, you will need to purchase that separately. On the McGrawhill website it's 100 but on it's 70 so I recommend getting it on if you want to save 20-30 bucks. The book itself is a bit wordy but well organized and it goes really well the access program. All of the answers to the access questions/assignments can be easily found in the book. Graphs and pictures could be better explained though. I got very confused on questions that involved graphs and pictures because it was not explained with captions but had arrows pointing in different directions.

First of all be aware that the connect plus does not come with the book, We had to order it separately online. Also, the book came in "acceptable" condition, but had a large 4 inch cut/gash from the front cover through 1/4 of the book making it difficult to use

It goes into detail about the topics. I don't really use it for my class because we mainly focus on our notes, but when I need to find a specific answer or clarification on something, then the book does a good job with that.

If you don't know anything about macroeconomics or if you are confused about it then this book will not be any help. Its waste of money. I need a book that will break the concepts down more because this subjects is harder for me. If I were you I'd invest my money in a more helpful book. My prof told me to get this textbook, but it did not help me at all.

I had to order for class. It was a bit more dry then my other econ books. When I went to resell 5 months later, it was worth only about 10-15% if what I paid. I know book resale stinks but this floored me. Maybe because no one else wanted to use this to conduct a class?

Both issues of this book for Micro and Macro are identical in the first 4 chapters and much of the materials are repeated throughout both editions of Micro and Macroeconomics. These two book ought to be combined into one issue since all of the information is useful in both Micro and Macroeconomics and the repetition is in each is redundant to say the least. Also the student wouldn't feel like they're getting ripped off buying two books that essentially repeat themselves and each other.

The book seemed to be in mint condition. It looked like t was well kept, and even brand new - a great purchase for a cheap price. Or so I thought. As I skimmed through the book, I passed Chapters 10 and 11, and to my horror the pages looked to be shredded at the top.Thank God I ran into this now an not later on in the semester when I would have no time to go through the hassle of ordering a book and waiting for it to arrive, cutting into my study and homework time. Although Prime is amazing and I get my books the next day, it's still a frustrating process to order a refund and mail it back. For future reference, please make sure you don't judge a book by its cover. Don't make the same mistake I did - skim through the pages, and make sure that you aren't missing any.

I'm disappointed that this new text book did not come with an access code. Unfortunately, it is now useless for me in taking an online class and I'll have to return it.
