Not technical enough, but good
This is by no means an academic epos on funds (PE, Hedge, etc) and its comparison. It is, however a good reference book for when you need to lookup some tax-related information for a specific fund structure within a particular jurisdiction for example.I guess, it can be used as a tutorial for various fund structures as it does provide a comprehensive overview of both master/feeder and parallel structures for example.
