Good to read. Highly informative and easy to read. However, to pay USD 120 + is way too stretching. Moreover, I was under the impression that the book was just obe part and more to follow. The slip which came with the book indicated that more was on the way. So on the value for money, was not really satisfied.
Recommended by a friend at a large PE firm as the most valuable resource available today.
