I initially bought the 'yellow book' thinking it included the book and CD. I was surprised to get the CD only. I then went back to buy the corresponding book. The paired combination book and CD are not correctly matched. The yellow cover is for Medium Low voices (CD), while the green book is Medium High voices. I couldn't find any details in the description that said as much. The images show the cover and is marked as including the CD. This listing is very confusing, and I'm afraid I'm now stuck with a mismatched CD and book, unsure if I can find the correct matched item.The low rating is more for the process to get the item than the item itself.
