With its interesting and imaginative realization and authentic editorial process this is an excellent edition that features some performing choices and variants and also includes the reconstructed prologue.

This is a small score of Dido and Aeneas. I would've liked it to be a bit bigger, but it is readable and clear. It feels a bit fragile -not a strong cover-, so I'll need to be extra careful with it... but all in all, it does the job.
I used this score in a recent performance as Aeneas, and was very happy with it. It is pretty much the standard edition. It also includes a LOT of extra optional/alternative material in the second half of it, which I've never seen used, but I guess is nice to have available.
