My daughter was ecstatic when she got this book. It has some of her favorite songs and she's been able to play them for her piano class at school as well as her private piano teacher. They were easy for her to pick up and just play.
Great Book for popular songs! Not difficult at all and my students find it very interesting. I find that my main challenge as a music teacher is, how do I keep my students interest high??? To me interest is my main priority and books like these really help! Bach, Beethoven and Brahms is great but 'Let It Go', 'Counting Stars', 'Demons' etc.... keeps them interested! So I try to balance the old with the contemporary, and oh....Mom and Dad appreciates it too!!!
Definitely easier than I was expecting, but glad I have something not so complicated to help me get back into playing because it has been years since I have played.
A simplified piano book that has great sounding songs! Demons and Say Something are at about a beginning level 2a (Faber) and the others are slightly more difficult. Great book!
It is a very simple and easy book, as stated in description, if you have any experience playing the piano. However, since it is easy playing, you can feel accomplished without much practice.
Bought this for my son who is just learning to play and sing at the same time. It was the perfect book, all the songs he loves at a great level for leaning to do both at once.
