I really like this song, so I wanted an accurate rendering of it in piano, but wow, I really would have liked it a half-step higher in the key of C instead of the 5-sharp key of B Major. All those accidentals just confuse me, so if you don't mind playing on all the black keys, I'm sure this will be an excellent buy for you, but for those of us who are less accomplished, it's gonna take either a lot of practice, a lot of transposing or both to make this work.
Don't let the sharps intimidate you. Transposed to flats, which made it much easier for me. This is a beautiful song and I appreciated the solo and harmony lines.
I didn't have to worry that I was getting music set in an unsingable key or that the accompaniment would be radically different from what I had heard in Story's beautiful song. The song is perfect for reminding us about life's challenges and God's message. The melody is easily learned, and since this edition replicates Story's music, I was able to sing along to the video and later be able to perform the piece with no difficulty on my own.
I comes with the Laura's husband's harmony part as well :D and it came in good timing and its exactly like the one on the radio.. only thing that's bad is that it's in the key of B..
Because I got it quickly in the mail and the music is exactly like the original recording. It was easy to locate on the website.
I wanted sheet music for the piano for this song in case it was ever needed for a performance at church. The sheet music was exactly as described and what I wanted.
