This is the worst book ever. Why you ask? Well first off, this book has of the most worst information that only the worst noob or person could ever know about 1.9 minecraft in the section this book is talking about: 'combat.' Such as. "Use your bow for your main weapon for attacking every mob except enderman" How about blazes, slimes or magma cubes? For blazes why don't you use snowballs? For slimes and magma cubes why not a weapon that can attack quickly? But why don't you keep using your bow really quickly? You ask well that would be a waste of arrows and barging through slimes or magma cubes... they can do a lot of damage. It's a waste of arrows as tiny slimes and magma cubes only have half a heart, you punch those guys to death! When fighting a swarm of tiny slimes you don't need anything! They don't do any damage, they just push you back quickly bit. But magma cubes do damage (even tiny ones) and they spawn in the nether. This horrible handbook does not teach you anything about how strong the mobs are, the best ways to kill them, any special effects and other things. Usually when people make combat books, the author is actually good and fighting mobs or doing PVP. But this minecraft family guy (1 of the three) is not good, I can prove that because he (the author) shared a little story with us readers. He was fighting an enderman with a full set of iron armor and an iron sword. He would have died if the cave that was only two blocks high so the enderman couldn't get in and attack him. When that happened, he only had two hearts left. A person getting wrecked by one enderman with full iron and an iron sword. Not good. Not good. Do you really want go learn horrible tips in a horrible book written by an horrible author? I would say no. So in conclusion, I say 'don't buy this book' Just don't.
One of the better handbooks. One of the only minecraft books today that are still updated. Really, really nice book. You should get this ku or not.
