This DVD is a lifesaver and a MUST for PE teachers of all grade levels, as well as for people who want to learn dances from other cultures. I have used this DVD at all grade levels K-12. I learn the dances myself from the DVD and teach them to the younger students directly. However, I show the DVD to the older students while I walk around and help students individually and in small groups. I am able to teach the NASPE and California State PE Standards with the material on this DVD. I would NOT be able to do this if I didn't have this DVD. I own more than 10 Christy Lane products and ALL of them are extraordinary. Worth the money. They are an investment in our children. THANK YOU CHRISTY!
