This book lets beginners learn techniques and notes in a very fun way. Although made for sections of student bands, the Accent on Achievement series is also great for independent children and adults who would prefer teaching themselves how to play the Bb clarinet. THIS IS A GREAT BOOK FOR MY STUDENT. HE USES IT ALOT AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. NOW HE DOES NOT HAVE TO GET COPIES FROM HIS TEACHER TO WORK WITH.
This was required for my son's band class. Got it for a decent price here rather than having to venture to a music store...where I likely would've paid more.
Learned a lot from this book. Good for school and any beginner french horn player and it was required for school.
