Take your full-sized guitar, change the 4th string to an octave higher, capo the fifth fret (and you now have a ukulele), find a guitar and uke with the same name, preferably look a likes, and make a mother/daughter, father/son duo of it. I love this book - I can play and sing and use the correct cords as I play. The old hymns make you feel better and the uke always makes me feel happy.
These are for a beginning-to-intermediate ukulele player and has an excellent song choice. I have a 3-octave Casio keyboard I use to play the tune before I try to play it on the ukulele. I recognized every song immediately.
Easty to ready chords for many popular hymns. I like the fact that it gives you the tab for each chord throughout the song which is very helpful for someone like me just learning to play.
