I've read all 5 books out now, and have enjoyed each one - though I am, I'm sure, much older than the target age; I do love a good story. I think the price is steep - glad to see book #1 on sale for 99 cents - but... I have still bought them all. Mr. Kloss has a pleasing writing style, believable for the context, and each book leaves you wanting more. I would recommend them to all ages, young and old.

Each book has been more exciting than the last. I can't wait for the next book. This is a wonderful set of books for anyone who enjoys fantasy, even a 70+ grandmother who enjoys fantasy immensely. I think that we live in a world that has so much negative reality that we can all use a little fantasy in our lives. This is very well written and is good clean fun for all.

One of my favorite books of the series so far! As always, I can't wait for the next book. The characters develop deeper and deeper, you really feel like you are standing right next to them, I found myself trying to figure out the riddles in my own head to help them out!Great job, Victor. (Write faster!)

Very happy at the continuation of this series. Good clean fantasy that I will enjoy sharing with my children.I'm reading this on kindle, but if the final one stays true to the rest, I think I'll buy the whole set in actual book form!

This series draws you in quickly and keeps the action flowing. The characters are relatable and well formed. This book alone has so much happening that it's hard to put it down. I can't wait for the next book.

In the next installment of the Royal Institute of Magic, Ben Greenwood has one more Guardian to find along with the remaining two pieces of Elizabeth's Armour. But with no clues, this isn't going to be easy.Ben, Charlie and Natalie still have their apprentice studies while they, and the three Guardians they've found, sort out the final mystery. With the dark elves increasing the speed of their attacks, first in the Unseen world and later in the Seen world as well, the Guardians are running out of time. In a series of winding turns, they find the last Guardian but will they get to the shield in time?I had a hard time putting this book down, even knowing that as I devoured it, I would doom myself to months of waiting for the next book. It was worth every moment!

Victor Kloss is an incredible writer and I devoured book 5 of the RIM series as soon as it came out and I have to say while I've loved every single book this one is my favorite so far. I'm a total Harry Potter fan and I love the Royal Institute of Magic series just as much. I am now impatiently awaiting book 6.

I finished the book in only a few hours because I was so caught up in the plot. I eagerly awaited its release, and I definitely was not disappointed!I don't want to give away too much, but this book continues Ben's mission to unite the Guardians and Elizabeth's Armor. With Dark Elves plotting to attack the Seen world, time is running out. Ben must work together with his friends to save the world.
