This book is very insightful regarding the issues before, during, and after the fiscal crisis. Tabb took his time to throw in all the arguments that people consolidated and debunks them one by one. There is a bit of satire in the book but that's what makes it fun since this book literally describes how terrible our government is regarding its business-oriented ideology. It's a relatively easy read and Tabb mentions a lot of statistics in there to compare and contrast.I took off one star because of the physical quality of the book. I ordered a new book but received a book filled with stains and residue on the covers. There were black stains on the back cover and clear residue on the front cover. I was confused as to what "new" meant anymore considering the fact that I wouldn't go into a shoe store and buy a white pair of shoes with black stains on it considering it "new". I contacted and they helped me fix this as the book is a really good read. But definitely check the quality of the book upon arrival. I am aware this book came out a long time ago but at least keep the book in new condition if you're going to advertise it as new condition.
