This was one of the textbooks used for a Governmental Budgeting and Finance course I completed as a Public Administration student. This is a great book that well explains the aspects of the budgeting process for city, county, and state governments. Menifield also well explains the step by step process of developing a budget. This book is a keeper for the Public Administration library.
Well written and easy to understand for a beginner in budgets.
The book was in excellent condition, but I found a better book to learn public budgeting.
