MC is quite clever in his story telling - have seen more than my share of 'cookie cutter' plots or those with 'gotcha' endings that don't make any sense. Connelly writes a bit too much 'detail' - so the abridged versions are best for me. Really like his style and how he pulls all the pieces together. Wish I could write like that!
Listened to the tape on a long car trip and wanted to keep driving. Black Ice was captivating, thrilling and credible.

Recently discovered Harry Bosch and became a confirmed Michael Connelly fan. What can I say but these are great stories and it seems that whomever created the character of Harry Callahan was also a Connelly devotee, but I guess everyone already figured that out....
I'm a big Michael Connelly fan. I've read most of his books and I gave these CD's to my wife who listens to them in her car . She has thoroughly enjoyed them too.
I never get tired of listening to M. Connelly's Harry Bosch series. I read and listen to them over and over, cant get enough.

It was just OK, and the cd were damaged. In both books there were spaces in 1 cd that wouldn't play.
