Frontline look at what those who stepped up after seeing the towers fall have given to protect us from further attacks of that magnitude...their inspiration to serve inspires me. Eastman's decade of sacrifice is further strengthened by her willingness to share a glimpse of the personal reality behind the relatively generic reference to 'the military' that we hear every day. Thank you to this author for her service leadership and her willingness to be vulnerable in representing her bravery and strength in the face of terrorism. Great read!
The Frontline Generation is a MUST read! I couldn't wait to get my copy, and when I finally did, I couldn't put it down. In fact, I read it in 2 days! It made me laugh and cry; I was deeply inspired reading the stories about Marjorie and her soldiers, and I couldn't wait to tell my friends about her journey, the importance of being a leader, and why they have to get their own copy of this book.
