Every time I try a sample and it seems to be interesting reading based on the first two or three chapters, I am disappointed. Once again this is true for all the cheap Kindle Books. There are many youtube videos out there that cover same areas for free. Money would be better spent on Frank Vignolo's TrueFire Real Book videos...
I have not had time to impotent all of the practice ideas yet. However, they are creative, challenging and interesting practice ideas for people who have become bored with their practice or have simply run out of ideas. Great book.
I have been using most of these approaches for 30 years but it was worth the price of this book to find a couple of fresh ideas!
