It is a good edition, very detailed. Also printed well, with good space between lines, and notes big enough to easily read but not too big. Also when you open the book, it stays open on the stand, it is not trying to close, even though it is a thick book. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that there is no fingering, so you need to figure that out yourself.
I've been playing piano for about 11 years now and Debussy is one of my favorite composers. I've played from a few different compilations of his work and this one is one of the best. The printing is clear and I love that the book lays flat. If you're a fan of Debussy and romantic music, this is a great piano solo book to add to your collection.
These are the original Debussy classics, some very difficult, in many sharps and flats. I can still play Reverie, which is my favorite and I enjoy that the most. Debussy is challenging music for any pianist, but such beautiful melodies.
Great selection of piano works!. Love the quality of paper and note size. Title, in original language, at the end of a piece is a cool choice! Love it!
This is a fabulous book with many selections. The binding on this book is excellent; it lays nice and flat which is very convenient. The cover is also laminated which is wonderful and will help resist scratching, creasing, and other general wear and tear.
I bot this because it had Claire de Lune. And I'm thinking, " Am I a fair buffoon?" I will never play most of these pieces, but I did get introduced to Michaelangeli. The Italian pianist. Wow! Is he good.
Great selection, so many famous pieces in a book
These are piano works for advanced students. They are clearly laid out and with the original French instructions in the music. I really like this edition.
