The book follows Molly, her ex-marine brother, and the rest of her family as they navigate through an ever more intricate plan to take down a drug kingpin, all while staying one step ahead of the FBI. It twists and turns and keeps you on your toes the whole time. A great read!
James Patterson does it again ... mystery, thriller, wondering what the purpose of it is and what is the final solution and all who are involved!! Kept me on my toes wondering to the very end ... always a surprise!!😁😂😀
This 113 minutes was a total best story. Suspense never let up. A must read. A mother loses her 15 year old son to drugs and devises a plan to take out the big drug dealer responsible for dealing the drugs.
113 MINUTES, by James Patterson and Max Dilallo is basically a 160-page novella by Dilallo. It is a fun read written in a novel manner and with a couple of huge surprises. The venue is flat, dry and dusty West Texas. Molly Rourke’s 15-year-old son, Alex, dies on the cold tile floor of a high school bathroom from smoking crystal meth. She knows who the supplier is and vows to get even. She also has another problem. The mortgage on her ranch is coming due and she can’t meet the payment and fears foreclosure. Molly and her extended family meet these problems in very creative ways. I enjoyed the lunch-time read and give 113 Minutes a 4-star rating.
First I did not think I would care for these short type books but I've read two now and they are great. This is a great story with little twist and turns. Though this is not a full length novel you still get to know the characters which is the most important thing for me in a book. Give this a try I think you will like it.
Great short story! I'm really starting to like James Patterson's New bookshots. They are just the right length and get to the point of the story and the plot.
