Fair warning! This book doesn't have an ending! It's a cliff hanger and I don't appreciate that in a book! By the time the next one is published I will have completely forgotten the story line! Shame on Mr. Patterson!!I read this as a Kindle book so I don't know the page numbering, but 13% of this book is an excerpt from another Patterson book.
Totally left hanging at end. If I could demand a refund I would. I have read all of the Murder Club books and loved them. Patterson and Paetro got too cute and smug with this ending. Totally annoying.
Ok, I am so angry right now I can hardly write this. The end leaves you up in the air and you have to buy the next book to find out what happened. That is just not fair.
Finish the story, Patterson. Getting real tired of being left in cliffhanger mode just so I need to buy another book. You've done it with Cross and now in this series. I will not be a pawn in your feed game any more. Very bad move with the fans who have stayed loyal to you.
I have read this series from Book 1. I'm always excited to get the next one and start reading. I'm soooo disappointed in this one. I found myself flipping the pages. I've never done that with all the 13 books before this. Mr. James Patterson, did YOU write this? Hohummmm....The whole story was so boring! Even the parts where the action was supposed to be happening felt rushed. I felt cheated at the end. So disappointing.
Big disappointment. Found myself sick of Yuki's sudden do-gooder turn, and so I scrolled past those chapters as fast as I could. As usual, the Boxer character did the heavy lifting in this story, but it wasn't enough. The book was terrible.
The story just ended, there wasn't any conclusion. I do not like books that leave you hanging this much (unless for some reason my Kindle app didnt get the entire story).
There was no conclusive ending! If this is a literary cliffhanger for a 15th book, it is poorly planned and delivered. I expected better from Patterson.
