There's a good review of the book in the Spring 2014 issue of Public Budgeting & Finance. In summary, the review says that the book provides a significant amount of useful information, although by its nature, an edited volume has some weaknesses. You can probably read the entire review in an academic database that includes this journal.I haven't read this book yet, although it looks very interesting. It's on my wish list.
