“To be or not to be that is the question:”Ah, such a tragedy is Hamlet. There are so many versions out there, and I love them all!!I adore this play and this dramatization is wonderful!! It is like sitting in the wings listening to the play! Such wonderful voices bringing the Bard’s words to life! I loved the pace and feel of this whole recording! So easy to forget it is only a few hours long, such a wealth of information and characterThis would be a wonderful companion for teens struggling with the text. Also, great for folks like myself who adore big Willy!!The only way this could have been better is if I were present at one of this fabulous troupe’s performances! I adore the theatricality of it all!Disclosure – I received a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts, opinions and ratings are my own.
American actors, but my students appreciated that. Hamlet came alive for them.
This audio version of Hamlet follows the Folger scrip of Hamlet precisely.
I liked the previous recording better! These voice actors are not as engaging as the previous edition!
