I used this at a Summer camp focused on Minecraft arts and crafts, and all the kids loved it! Everything turned out to be so cute from this book, but we especially loved the way the swords and pick-axes looked! Kids ranged in age from 7-12, and even our teen helpers loved it! Kids and teens were asking for copies of the pages to take home and everything! Great buy for kids who love Minecraft.
Bought this book for my daughter's birthday party as a fun craft and it was a huge hit. She and her friends played for several hours with it. Looking forward to giving it as a gift over the next year with a pack of perler beads.
This book saves hours of effort trying to reproduce Minecraft characters and items. The patterns can be used for fusion beads, but also for drawings, Halloween costumes, playdoh models. . .anything you can think of really. A great resource for parents of kids who love Minecraft!
Glad someone did all the work of figuring out the patterns and making clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Great activity for kids who are into minecraft and they get to turn their "virtual" crafting into real crafting.
My 3 boys absolutely love this book!!! My recommendation would be to buy the book and order the 1000 count individual color bags from perler. The ore patterns use a lot of grey and dark grey.
Very simple and not at all what I was expecting. Only headshots, no full creatures. This focuses a lot on getting the exact color and not on intricate patterns, the patterns are little more than squares and swords and potions. Not worth your time.
