It comes as 2 CDs. One is just music... or what the producer claims is music. Worst junk I have ever heard, and certainly not something I wanted. The other CD supposedly has the book.I say supposedly because it is largely composed of minutes of the same horrid music before the reader jumps in. And "jump in" it is -- not even a statement of what you are listening too, or where one "part" ends and the next begins.And the whole book portion is only about an hour -- even including the horrid music. This is abbreviated beyond belief.Oh yeah, it stunk too. Literally. Open the CD case and a terrible smell comes out. I can't identify the smell, but it sure made me close the case fast! This was true for both books I got in this set -- both were equally bad and smelled equally horrid.I would never buy anything from this producer again. ever. period.
