I don't think I can buy an art book without seeing something about what it's like inside.
Each time I start painting I get tighter and tighter. Jean's book helped me to just let go and enjoy painting. She also suggested to paint a "bend" painting each day. Don't know what a bend painting is? Look at her book for the answer, it changed my process.
