Exactly what I needed. I'm a voice teacher, specializing in Musical Theatre and these songs are perfect for my sopranos who can handle legit singing.
This was a very helpful resource for many reasons: there were songs in the book I know well and feel comfortable singing but there are also songs I don't know which serve me well to have learned them. This also includes what many singers of all types of backgrounds can consider 'challenge pieces' which help in developing vocal technique. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and a great asset to any performer's library.
These book contains a wonderful variety of broadway pieces. The arrangements are fun and beautiful and much more appropriate for younger voices. The keys are much more suitable for developing voices!
