This has been one of my favorite coloring books by far I love the designs. Each page is complex but easy enough to complete in one sitting. I have nearly completed the book and will buy some of the other books in this series. One thing about this book is the paper is really nice with a smooth texture that takes ink really smoothly with full coverage without requiring going over multiple times. The pages are perforated so they can be removed and used as journal pages or framed. I use markers and unfortunately they bleed through the page so the reverse of the page is dotted up with bleed-through but there isn't much help for that. Also, the designs are all different but have similar design elements from page to page so the lack of variety in the details might not appeal to some, Otherwise I love the book myself and highly recommend it. I used a wide variety of pens - sharpies, color pencils and gel pens.
Finally this author has given us something different...though Shutterstock designs, they aren't repeats of her other Feathers Coloring book. They are, however, very intricate and you will probably need a magnifying glass to see where to color. if you don't Zoom the pattern before printing...Zoom won't help some. This is why the three (3) stars.When we buy coloring books in stores we can look inside to see if we like the designs and check for any designs we already gave. WHY Not Here On ??
Lovely feather images to color! There will be endless effects possible with these, so that translates into many, many pleasant hours of entertainment.Easy download of the .pdf file with the Kindle version, which is what I am reviewing.I enjoy Anna Wilton's books and am always extra pleased when she offers them for a couple of days as a free download.
Absolutely love it! Lot's of detail but not overwhelming. Each design is gorgeous & a joy to color!
