The music is great and the accompaniment CD is nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because this isn't really as easy as it says. Should be for kids who are intermediate rather than easy. The songs on the CD are much to fast for the label of easy. However, take out the CD and play without and it's great for them.
My son wanted this book and he has used it quite a bit. He really likes the songs because they are familiar and not difficult to play. It's something to use for warm ups. Also the shipping was quick and the book was in great shape when it arrived.
He hates always playing the same thing. It's so hard to get him to practice since he really doesn't know what the songs his band teacher gives him to play. It's nice to mix it up a little!
My son loves this music book. It makes practicing exciting because the sons are relevant to him, and he can listen to the CD to hear what it should sound like. He is doing great with it!
Fantastic for the trumpet learners, my boy loves the pink panther theme, he's allready learnt the whole piece by heart and loves playing along with the backing track.
