Great addition to my other Santana tab book (Santana's Greatest hits) and with both, I have covered mostof his stuff.I would recommend both books.Also, check out "Guitarbackingtracks" online to get some of the backing tracks in these books to practice on.
I bought this book so I could learn how to play some of Santana's song. The book is easy to follow, giving you TABS and music notes. I also use UTube along with this book. The book shows you how Santana originally played the song (he tends to change how he plays the song when he is live) so you can understand where he made the changes. The book gives me a referrence point so when I am watching a person on UTUBE showing me how to play a particular song, I can see where he/she has made their own interpretation of the song. Great book!!!!
You cannot beat the play along series. Great tabs and sheet music and add the DVD it is a great teacher. Some of the Hal Leonard books come with a DVD with tutorial of the songs. Whichever product you choose, you cannot go wrong with Hal Leonard.

It is for sure a good book, songs are really coplete, however it is a shame that there is no notation instructions. You must have experience reading partitures and complex notation.
